Q: Do you make custom work and how much will it cost? 

A: Of course! The majority of my work is custom made for my clients. I would love to start a conversation with you about creating a special project. Please Email me at: info@heatherbeckdesigns.com  Prices are subject to precious metals market, labor, and time put into each piece. Each project is unique and will vary in price. Most custom projects start at $250 and go up from there.  

 

Q: How long will it take to make my custom project?

A: Currently, my turn around time is 8-12 weeks, so please plan accordingly for anniversaries, birthdays, engagement rings, etc. Custom work takes a lot of time and is pretty labor intensive. I do have a large selection of ready made inventory if you need a present Right Now, and I can ship it overnight

 Q: Where do you ship to, and what will it cost?

A: I will ship your piece(s) to your door, wherever you live. Prices for shipping are determined based on your location by the US postal service, FedEx, and UPS. Packages in the United States are sent through USPS in a flat rate box that is insured for the entire value of the work. Work should ship within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. Custom work will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified when your items ship along with a tracking number. 

 

Q: Do you do local pickup?

A: Yes! The studio is located in Easthampton, MA. Please email info@heatherbeckdesigns.com to set up an appointment for pickup.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Heather Beck Designs will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for exchanges or store credit. Returns can only be done with receipts. Please contact us for return inquiries and authorization

If you purchased your item from a retailer, please contact them directly for return information.

Custom jewelry or sale items cannot be returned.

 

Q: What if I can't make it to my client meeting or my private lesson and have to cancel?

A: If you unfortunately have to cancel our meeting or class and re-schedule with more than 24 hours notice, then we are all good and I can put you into a new slot in the schedule ASAP.

If it's cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you are subject to a standard $50 cancellation fee. This is because my time is valuable and it doesn't leave me with enough time to schedule another client into you slot. Thank you for understanding! 

 

Q: Can I come see your studio or have a tour?

A: Yes! Contact me to set up an appointment: info@heatherbeckdesigns.com Also, Open Studios happen once a year and we are open to the public on those days.
